Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR), excluding VAT where applicable. VAT may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

EU consumer right of withdrawal: you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund for digital content, unless you have explicitly consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal right.

By completing checkout and requesting immediate download access, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

The training materials are provided for educational purposes. Tom Durand-Gasselin makes no warranty that the content is complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tom Durand-Gasselin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of digital content purchased on this site.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
