Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

This policy applies to all purchases of digital content (training materials, PDF/PPTX files) made on this site by consumers as defined under applicable consumer protection law.

All products sold on this site are digital content (PDF and PPTX files). They are delivered electronically, immediately after payment confirmation.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once execution has begun, provided the conditions set out in Article L.221-5 are met.

Before completing your purchase, you must expressly: (1) consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content; (2) acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from the start of execution.

This consent is collected via a mandatory checkbox at checkout. By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have been informed and expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Your consent, along with the date and time of your first access to the content, is recorded. This data may be used to justify the refusal of a refund in the event of a dispute.

Notwithstanding the above, a refund may be granted on an exceptional basis in the following cases:

• Proven technical defect rendering the content inaccessible or unreadable, not attributable to the buyer's equipment.
• Content materially different from the description presented on the site.
• Proven double billing or processing error.

To submit an eligible refund request:

1. Send an email to tom.durand-gasselin@outlook.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your purchase email address, the formation concerned, and a description of the issue.
3. Attach any relevant evidence (screenshot of the technical issue, etc.).

Eligible requests will be processed within 14 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
